As an owner, how do I make money with my property?
First step is to “Register your Property” by clicking on the link on top of the page. CabVerdeOnline.com appraiser will make contact and visit your property for evaluation and acceptance. If your property meets the standards, you will be offered a contract with CaboVerdeOnline.com for daily or weekly rates. You can also call the office in USA or in Cabo Verde for information.
How do I know my home is rented?
You will have an admin access to your property profile online and you can manage as well as monitor availability and income generated from your property from the comfort of your home anywhere in the world.
What does the price include when you book a room?
All facilities listed in the room descriptions are included in the room price. At checkout, all taxes liability are added as part of your total price. To see the facilities, just click on the room name. You can see if breakfast or anything else is included by moving your cursor over the text in the "Conditions" column. This information can also be found in your confirmation email and by accessing your profile account.
Can I make a reservation without a credit card?
You'll need a valid credit card to guarantee your booking. You also have the option to book a hotel or apartment using someone else’s credit card that are traveling with you, provided you have their permission. In this case, when making your reservation please note the card holder’s name and confirm that you have permission to use their card in the "Special Requests" box. You will need the same credit when you arrive in Cabo Verde to charge the remaining balance.
How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
As soon as you've completed the booking process, a confirmation page will appear. This page shows all of your reservation details, including the booking number and your PIN code, so you can access your confirmation online at CaboVerdeOnline.com. We'll also send you a confirmation email with all of your booking information.
Can I cancel or change my reservation through CaboVerdeOnline.com?
Yes, it’s easy to cancel or change your booking via our self-service tool once you login to your account. Please remember that you can’t cancel reservations or make changes without a change fee within 24 HOURS of arrival. Be sure to check the cancellation policy before making any changes to your reservation. Non-refundable rooms and other special deals may have a different cancellation policy. Room-specific cancellation information can be found next to the room type under the "Conditions" column on the hotel's page.
Where can I find the apartment or hotel’s phone number and/or email address?
